Over 10+ years, I’ve led products across cross-border payments, crypto, and applied AI. Taking ideas from zero to production in both regulated financial environments and public blockchain ecosystems. I’ve built consumer products used by millions, shipped core infrastructure like wallets and staking systems, and launched enterprise platforms operating across multiple jurisdictions.
A big part of my work has been building teams and product cultures that ship: growing organizations from small founding groups to 70+ people, setting clear product narratives, and aligning engineering, design, and business around what actually matters to customers.
